A deep dive into your goals, aesthetics, personality, and needs in order to figure out what is going to make the space successful in both beauty and function. At this stage, your must haves will become ours.

The vision begins to come to life with a detailed plan of action. We will present you with a big-picture concept, and will share our proposed selections (i.e. fine furnishings, art, construction finishes) and incorporate your feedback before we proceed.

Step 1: Book Your Consultation

Book your 15-minute consultation with Luxiba’s designer via our Book a Consultation Page.

Step 2: Meet Our Designer

In your Zoom consultation, you’ll get to know other and learn more about our process. If it’s a good fit, we’ll send you information to book your in-depth Project Scope meeting.

Step 3: Project Scope Meeting

For your Project Scope meeting, our designer will come to your home to take measurements, ask questions, and see the space so we can provide an accurate proposal. These meetings typically take 2 hours, and cost between $500-$1,000, a fee which can be put towards your overall design fee if you chose to book with us.

Step 4: Proposal Meeting

Using the information collected, we’ll pull together a proposal for your project. We’ll review your proposal, explain the process in more detail, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 6: You’re officially a Luxiba client!

Simply review, sign, and return the proposal to us to secure your project. We’ll give you an estimated project start date and more information to ensure a smooth experience.

Step 6: Let’s get down to business

The day has arrived—it’s time to start your project! Depending on your service type, we’ll take you through various design phases, from conception all the way through to installation.
